History
The Meadows-New Castle premiered as the first off-track betting location in Pennsylvania. The New Castle facility kicked-off the OTB trend when it opened its doors to the public on June 23, 1990. The Meadows-New Castle has set and maintained wagering records since its opening, making it the leading OTB site within The Meadows system.
Features The Meadows-New Castle features over 250 color TV monitors. The 24,500 square-foot facility offers casual café dining, a 100+ seat full-service restaurant and a 100-seat bar and lounge. Patrons can also enjoy great drinks and good food at Sidetracks--New Castle's finest sports bar. To help ensure fast and efficient wagering, 18 pari-mutuel betting stations and 18 self-service betting terminals are conveniently located throughout the facility. | |

From Erie: I-79 South, off at I-80 West, Exit Rte. 60 South to Rte. 224/State Street, Left 1/4 mile, then left into Westgate Plaza. Approximately a ninety minute drive.
